Please bring your health insurance card with you and arrive 10 minutes early so that you can fill out the registration form at reception.
If you have a GP or Telmed model with your health insurance provider, your GP should issue a referral in advance so that your health insurance provider can pay the bills.
If you suffer from headaches or migraines, please keep a headache diary beforehand, ideally for a period of three months. You are welcome to download one of the headache calendars or the app below. It is important to note the days with pain, the severity of the pain, the duration of the pain, and the medication you are taking.
