Pain Infusions

Pain perception is a complex signal from the body that can significantly impact quality of life and mobility in everyday life. In our practice, we pursue a holistic approach to understand the causes of discomfort and promote individual resilience.

The Role of Intravenous Support
As part of a comprehensive treatment plan, the targeted administration of active ingredients via the bloodstream can be an option. This method of administration bypasses the digestive tract and provides the body with the necessary substances directly.

Our Services and Consultation
We only administer infusions after a detailed medical consultation and thorough diagnostic evaluation. Together, we will determine whether infusion therapy is beneficial for supporting your well-being and promoting your physiological regeneration.

Our goal is to work with you to find ways to sustainably strengthen your vitality in everyday life and support your body's own regulatory mechanisms.

Gentle Vital Nutrient Support
Do you want to specifically support your body during periods of increased stress? An optimal supply of micronutrients is the foundation for vitality and a balanced sense of well-being.

We offer you the opportunity to supplement your levels of vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes through personalized consultation and treatment.

These valuable micronutrients are the focus:

Vitamin C: Contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

B complex: Plays a central role in energy metabolism and supports the normal function of the nervous system.

Magnesium: Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function.

Electrolytes: Are essential for fluid balance and signal transmission in the body.

Vitamin D3: Supports the maintenance of normal bones and the normal absorption of calcium.

Why this form of treatment?

Direct availability: The nutrients are made directly available to the body.

High absorption rate: Bypasses the digestive tract, which can be particularly beneficial for those with sensitive nutrient absorption.

Individualized approach: Supports overall immune function and promotes personal performance.

Our service for your vitality

We work exclusively with high-quality micronutrients such as vitamin C, the B complex (B1, B2, B5, B6, B12), magnesium, and vitamin D3. As a precaution, we only supplement with iron after prior laboratory testing, which we offer on-site.

Interesting facts about the role of vitamin C in the body

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is an essential nutrient that the human body, unlike many plants and animals, cannot produce itself. Since water-soluble vitamins are also difficult to store, the body relies on a regular supply.

Physiological functions of vitamin C

Vitamin C is involved in a wide variety of metabolic processes. Among its best-known functions in the body are:

  • Cell protection: As an antioxidant, it helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.

  • Immune system: It supports the normal function of the immune system.

  • Energy metabolism: Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

  • Collagen formation: It plays an important role in the formation of collagen for the normal function of skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage tissue.

  • Nervous system: It supports the normal function of the nervous system as well as psychological function.

Application in complementary medicine

In medical practice, micronutrients such as vitamin C are used, among other things, when there is an increased need or when the intake from the daily diet needs to be supplemented. Administration via infusion allows the nutrient to bypass the digestive tract and be made directly available to the body.

Whether supplementation is advisable in an individual case will be determined through professional consultation, taking into account the personal nutrient balance.

Information on iron infusion

Iron is an essential trace element that plays a vital role in the human body. Since the body cannot produce iron itself, it relies on an adequate supply through food.

The role of iron in the body

Iron is an essential building block for many processes in the body:

  • Oxygen transport: It is the main component of hemoglobin in red blood cells, which transports oxygen from the lungs to the tissues.

  • Muscle function: As part of myoglobin, it supports the oxygen supply to the muscles.

  • Energy metabolism: Iron is involved in the function of the mitochondria, the "power plants" of the cells, and thus contributes to normal energy metabolism.

Signs of inadequate care

Low iron levels can manifest in various ways. Common signs that may indicate increased need or insufficient iron stores include:

  • A general feeling of tiredness or rapid fatigue.

  • Limitations in usual physical or mental performance.

  • Changes in skin, hair, or nails. National Institutes of Health (.gov) +4

Diagnostics and individual support

Paying particular attention to iron status is often advisable in groups of people with increased needs, such as women of childbearing age, during pregnancy, or people following a meat-free diet.

In our practice, we offer precise laboratory diagnostics to determine your individual iron status (especially your ferritin level). Based on these results, we will advise you on targeted supplementation options. If oral intake is not optimal or rapid replenishment of iron stores is desired, intravenous administration can be an efficient option.
