When booking online, please briefly state your symptoms or the treatment you require.
Postpone or cancel appointments
In today's hectic world, anything can always come up. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. You are also welcome to cancel your appointment online and book a new one. Appointments can then be rescheduled or canceled without any problems. If you are not able to keep the 24-hour notice period and it is not an emergency, we will charge you CHF 100 for the additional costs.
If all appointments are booked, please contact us by phone. Perhaps we can still find a solution or add you to the waiting list. We use the online booking systemonedoc.

For new patients
Please bring your health insurance card with you and arrive 10 minutes early so that you can fill out the registration form at reception.
If you have a GP or Telmed model with your health insurance company, your GP should issue a referral in advance so that your health insurance company can pay the bills.
If you suffer from headaches or migraines, please keep a headache diary beforehand, if possible for a period of three months. You are welcome to download one of the headache calendars or the app below. It is important to note the days with pain, the severity of the pain, the duration of the pain, and the medication you are taking.
