Information on booking an appointment

Book an appointment instantly and easily.

Please briefly describe your symptoms or desired treatment when booking online.

 

Rescheduling or cancelling appointments

In today's hectic world, things can always come up. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. You are also welcome to cancel your appointment online and book a new one. Appointments can then be easily rescheduled or canceled. If this 24-hour notice period is not observed and it was not an emergency, we will have to charge you a cancellation fee of CHF 100.

 

If all appointments are booked, please contact us by phone; perhaps there is another solution or we can add you to the waiting list. We use the online booking system onedoc.

For new patients

Please bring your health insurance card and arrive 10 minutes early so you can fill out the registration form at reception.

If you have a GP or Telmed model with your health insurance company, your GP should issue a referral in advance so that your health insurance company can pay the bills.

If you suffer from headaches or migraines, please keep a headache diary beforehand, ideally for a period of three months. You are welcome to download one of the headache diaries or the app below. It is important to note the days with pain, the intensity of the pain, the duration of the pain, and the medication used.
